Coffee Talk
1. When eating a taco, do you turn your head or do you turn the taco?
I usually only eat burritos. Sometimes I’ll have a chicken soft taco and I’m pretty sure I turn my head sideways. Hmmmm. Now I’m totally craving Mexican food.
2. Chocolate chip cookies or Oreos?
Chocolate chip cookies all the way! Oreos are kind of gross and get stuck in your teeth. I do make some awesome Oreo Cheesecake Cupcakes though.
3. What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever been asked to do and DID?
I’m not that crazy… Skinny dipping maybe? That’s about it.

Ate sushi and liked it. Gross. (Have to agree with Natalie here.)
5. Would you rather be broke and happy or rich and sad?
Happy of course.

I went to see Life of Pi with Cindy and then we learned some line dances via YouTube tutorials.
Wednesday Hodgepodge
1. In the USA this coming Sunday millions will be watching as the Baltimore Ravens take on the San Francisco 49ers in the Superbowl. What was the last event you attended that could be described as super?
I went to a super awesome beer festival last weekend.
2. Share something you’re a fan of these days?
The new TV show The Following. It’s so good!
3. How do you feel about wings? In case anyone is confused, I’m talking the edible appetizer kind. What’s your preferred seasoning on a wing: hot, mild, teryiaki, sweet and sour, other? Do you make your own or is there a favorite place you like to go for wings?
I don’t eat them often but if a bar has good wings and a cheap wing night then I’m there. Around here I like the wings at Hannah Flanagan’s. Medium please.
4. As long as we’re talking sports today… Have you followed the Lance Armstrong story? Did you watch his interview with Oprah and if so what was your reaction to his confession and subsequent remarks?
I’ve caught bits and pieces of the interview/story. He seems like an asshole.
5. What’s a question you hate to be asked?
How old are you? Because I look so young.
6. The coaches in this Sunday’s big game happen to be real life brothers. Jim Harbaugh coaches the 49ers and his older brother John Harbaugh coaches the Baltimore Ravens. Were you and your sibling(s) competitive? In what way? Are you still? If you’re an only child how did you handle competition growing up?
My brother and I were not competitive. We are now when it comes to Words With Friends. I’m beating him at the moment…
7. What’s your favorite game involving a ball and when did you last play?
None really… Does bowling count? I went bowling last month.

1. Have you ever been on a boat?
Many times… Most recently on a cruise last September.
2. Do you need an alarm to wake up in the morning, or do you wake up naturally? If you have an alarm, tell us what type.
I use my cell phone alarm. But if I have to wake up early, I will wake up every hour from paranoia that I’m going to sleep in!
3. Have you ever had a yard sale?
Yes! Most recently last summer.

4. Do you like kitchen gadgets? What are some of your favorite?
I’m not exactly sure what falls into the “gadgets” category, but I love my George Foreman grill and food processor.

We’re halfway through the six week challenge and I’m halfway to my goal… And I even started a week late! I have lost 5 of my 10 pounds. 🙂

Friday it was icy so I didn’t leave the house… I applied for a bunch of jobs online! Boring.

Saturday I went to the Winter Warmer beer festival! While there I met two of the guys from the show Moonshiners. Later that night Cindy and I got our club on at Showtime Saloon.
Sunday I made tacos and watched The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. (I really need to read the book!)
