5 for Five

First, let’s review last week:

1. Work out/walk for 150 minutes. Only because I went skiing! 🙂

2. Lose one pound. Nine total now!!

3. Read a book and write a review. Reading two books but didn’t finish one…

4. Floss at least five times. Oops!

5. Cook a new healthy recipe. Maybe not that healthy, but I made raspberry tarts.

Now, my goals for this week:

1. Work out/walk for 150 minutes.

2. Lose one pound.

  1. Good job on losing 9 pounds~ I’ve been working out 5 days a week for an hour and still haven’t lost anything but I do feel better so I guess that counts right?
