First, let’s review last week:

1. Work out/walk for 150 minutes.

2. Lose one pound. Three pounds!!

3. Read a book and write a review. Now You See Her

4. Floss at least five times.

5. Cook a new healthy recipe. Technically not new, but we’ll count it… I had made it before and it was delicious but this time it sucked. 😦

Now, my goals for this week:
