Biggest Loser


I didn’t lose weight this week, but I’ve still lost five pounds in three weeks, so I’m happy. Especially after the beer festival! I made these pineapple cupcakes (2 points without frosting) and enchiladas (8 points using 2% milk cheese, 98% fat free soup, and 12 oz. light sour cream).



Starting weight: 208 pounds
Last week’s weight: 203 pounds
Current weight: 203 pounds
Weekly weight loss: 0 pounds
Total weight loss: 5 pounds
Weeks on Weight Watchers: 3
