Resolutions in Motion

I lost a pound! Not a lot but I’m happy. I started Weight Watchers, drank a lot of water, ate a lot of fruit, and only went out to eat twice. My goal is to lose two pounds this week, which will be difficult considering I already have a ticket to a beer festival. But I plan to walk for an hour three times this week and I didn’t work out at all last week.
