Biggest Loser

This is my first day joining Biggest Loser! I started Weight Watchers today and plan to follow that, work out, drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies, and go out to eat less. I’ll weigh myself every Monday and report back!

Starting weight: 208 pounds

  1. Good luck! I started Weight Watcher’s last Monday. I’ll be honest, the first week is tough. But it’s gotten easier and I lost 3.6 lbs last week. Keep at it! 🙂
